Let’s Talk about the Role

The Lead Marine Service Delivery Manager will oversee complex service agreements and ensure exceptional operational performance for our marine customers worldwide.

You will act as the primary advocate for your customers, balancing their unique requirements with the technical and financial needs of the business. By coordinating across global teams and managing the end-to-end service lifecycle—from routine maintenance to urgent requests—you will play a vital role in keeping critical maritime operations running smoothly and efficiently.

How You Will Make a Difference

  • Buildingstrong, long-term partnerships with customers by acting as their dedicated advocate and primary point of contact.
  • Leadingthe delivery of service agreements, ensuring all maintenance activities are planned and executed effectively.
  • Managingday-to-day operations, including reporting, resource allocation, and project scheduling.
  • Drivingfinancial performance and cost control for service orders, from invoicing to revenue recognition.
  • Collaboratingwith technical support, field service teams, and project managers to resolve complex contractual and operational challenges.
  • Improvingservice delivery processes to ensure we meet business requirements while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Special Role Requirements

  • You must have the permanent right to work in the UK.
  • You will need to obtain and maintain BPSS security clearance.

Skills for Success

You should be a collaborative and solutions-oriented professional, with:

  • The ability to manage complex relationships and advocate for customer needs at all levels of an organization.
  • The capability to navigate competing priorities and handle unexpected inquiries with poise and efficiency.
  • An understanding of core financial processes, such as invoicing, project reporting, and revenue management.
  • An expertise in service account management, with a track record of negotiating contracts and claims.
  • A keen interest in marine operations and technical service delivery.

This is a permanent position with a hybrid working model, giving you the flexibility to work from our Rugby, Glasgow, Portsmouth, or Swansea offices and from home.
