The Lead – Service Delivery, Data & Analytics is a senior individual contributor who serves as a technical delivery lead for complex Data & Analytics customer engagements.
This role works directly with airline customers and internal teams to execute well‑defined solutions, lead technical design and implementation, and ensure high‑quality delivery outcomes. The Lead partners closely with Principals and Directors on solution shaping and execution, while remaining hands‑on with design, coding, and delivery leadership
The Lead role represents a step beyond Senior Engineer, with increased customer exposure, technical ownership, and execution accountability, while operating with some guidance on overall solution direction.
