We are seeking a friendly, professional, organized and, above all, compassionate Lead Server with the kind, patient and cheerful spirit to deliver on that exceptional experience. You know the satisfied feeling you get at an upscale restaurant when the servers do an excellent job? That’s because they’ve been trained and led well in performing promptly, accurately and courteously at all times. That’s the same feeling we wish our residents to have every day, and as the Lead Server of the Waitstaff, your performance is key to making that happen. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring all meals are served and presented in accordance with the guidelines established by the Director of Food Service. The loving care, attention and great customer service you bring to the dining experience are fundamental to the quality of life and the general wellbeing of our residents every day.
Additional responsibilities include:
Must be able to work at least one weekend day per week (Tues–Sat or Sun–Thurs).
