Job Description

• Oversee the analysis of security data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential threats.
• Manage and mentor the analytics team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Develop and implement plans and initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the function.
• Foster collaboration with other CDIC functions and stakeholders to ensure integrated and cohesive operations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for their function, representing its interests and requirements in cross-functional meetings and initiatives.
• Prepare and present reports on function performance, trends, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.
• Conduct cybersecurity tabletop exercise and other technical drill to ensure organization readiness in case of an actual cyber incident.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelors / Masters in any technical group or Information security, preferable at least one of the following professional certifications:
  • CISM
  • CISSP
  • GCIH
  • E|CIH
  • CRISC

Minimum experience:

• 5 years of experience in cybersecurity related area.
