The Forms Administration & Publication Team, within WIM Operations, coordinates with multiple areas across the firm to manage the integrity of InfoMAX/OpsMAX/Trust Services publishing content for all business channels.

The Lead Securities Operations Specialist position works with content owners, Legal, Compliance and other key stakeholders to develop new / revise existing content, track changes and gather approvals through the governance process. Additionally, this role assists content owners with mitigating key risks related to their content, such as compliance with accessibility requirements related to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).


In this role, you will:

  • Lead or execute Forms Administration & Publications-based initiatives and activities for WIM Operations

  • Track and measure results to ensure they are in line with intended outcomes and business objectives

  • Partner with other teams to ensure alignment of cross-Enterprise strategies

  • Lead/Coordinate workflow and assignment of work within the immediate team

  • Partner with content owners and business channels to create, revise, customize and maintain InfoMAX/OpsMAX/Trust Services Publishing content.

  • Serve as liaison to various corporate groups and third-party vendors for publishing and distribution

  • Be responsible for content related problem resolution and service level oversight

  • Maintain accurate project information in the associated repositories, project databases and server archives as needed

  • Be responsible for following WIM Operations / OpsMAX/Trust Services Publishing Policies and Procedures


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Securities Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Leadership experience with ability to effectively manage and engage teams

  • JIRA experience

  • Brokerage operations experience

  • InfoMAX/OpsMAX publishing experience

  • Policy Governance Platform (PGP) experience

  • SDL experience

  • Effective verbal and written communications skills

  • Strong attention to detail to ensure published content is accurate and complete

  • Strong prioritization and follow-up skills

  • Experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships

  • Experience with ADA accessibility

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software tools (Co-pilot Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Experience with Adobe PDF

  • SharePoint experience

  • Project management experience

Job Expectations:

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule at the location listed

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$100,000.00 - $179,000.00
