Locations: Tweed Heads NSW, Lismore NSW, Coffs Harbour NSW or Port Macquarie NSW
Tenure: Full-time permanent position. Commencing January 2027, or in negotiation with successful candidate.

School improvement is a key strategic priority for Catholic education in the Diocese of Lismore. The Lead, School Improvement and Performance plays a critical role in managing the school improvement function and driving school improvement in Catholic schools across the Diocese. This position supports Principals and school leaders to promote and nurture the Mission of Catholic education, achieve excellence in learning and teaching and supporting students’ wellbeing by supporting schools in planning improvements and strategy facilitation and monitoring each school’s learning and teaching success.
Using the school improvement framework and ACER School Improvement Team, national school improvement tools, this position works collaboratively with other roles in Catholic education to ensure all priority areas are aligned with school and system improvement.
