Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced SAP ABAP Developer to lead our S4 HANA Technical - Delivery team in creating innovative and user-friendly SAP solutions. As the Lead, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing modern SAP applications, focusing on delivering exceptional user experiences. Your expertise in SAP UI5, Fiori apps, and OData services will be instrumental in integrating front-end interfaces with backend SAP systems seamlessly.

• Lead a team of SAP ABAP developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Design and develop SAP applications using SAP UI5, ensuring a modern and intuitive user interface.
• Integrate SAP UI5 applications with backend SAP systems, leveraging OData services for data exchange.
• Create and maintain Fiori apps, enhancing the user experience and productivity.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability of SAP applications.
• Implement best practices and standards for SAP development, adhering to company guidelines.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members, promoting continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, sharing knowledge with the team.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong understanding of SAP UI5 and Fiori.
• Proven experience in leading and managing SAP development teams, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its architecture, with the ability to design and develop custom solutions.
• Proficiency in OData services and API integration for seamless data exchange.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Good understanding of SAP development methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is preferred.
