As the Lead - SAP ABAP Consultant, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and supporting SAP applications across various modules. Your expertise will be instrumental in collaborating with functional teams to deliver innovative and efficient technical solutions. This role offers an opportunity to lead and mentor a team, driving the technical vision and strategy for SAP implementations.

• Lead and mentor a team of SAP ABAP developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Design and develop SAP applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with functional teams to understand their needs and deliver tailored technical solutions.
• Ensure the quality and performance of SAP applications through thorough testing and optimization.
• Provide timely and accurate estimates for development tasks, managing project timelines effectively.
• Document and maintain technical specifications, ensuring knowledge transfer within the team.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely support to the team and clients.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance the team's development skills.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical expertise and guidance to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP ABAP programming, including object-oriented programming and ABAP Web Dynpro.
• Experience in leading and managing SAP development teams, demonstrating strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent understanding of SAP modules and their integration, with the ability to design and develop cross-module solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of resolving complex technical issues.
• Proficiency in SAP development tools such as ABAP Workbench, ADT, and SAP GUI.
• Familiarity with SAP HANA and S/4HANA is highly preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
• A proactive and innovative mindset, always seeking opportunities to enhance SAP development practices.
