What Drives Success

Lead and optimize SAP decentralized Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions supporting high‑volume HVAC parts distribution centers. This role is responsible for designing, configuring, and stabilizing inbound, outbound, internal warehouse, and inventory management processes tightly integrated with SAP ECC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead configuration and support of SAP decentralized EWM integrated with SAP ECC.
  • Design andoptimizeinbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes (putaway, picking, packing, staging, loading).
  • Configure warehouse structure, storage types, sections, bins, and activity areas.
  • Define andoptimizepicking strategies, wave management, and work queues.
  • Configure EWM labor‑efficient processes including RF framework and barcode scanning.
  • Improve inventory accuracy, physical inventory, and cycle counting processes in EWM.
  • Integrate EWM processes with SAP SD, MM, and PP (deliveries, staging, production supply).
  • Support yard management concepts and shipment integration where applicable.
  • Analyze warehouse KPIs and drive throughput, accuracy, and productivity improvements.
  • Lead enhancements, change requests, and Level 3 production support.
  • Partner with warehouse operations, IT, and business stakeholders to standardize processes.

What We Are Looking For

Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 8 years of SAP EWM experience, with strong hands‑on configurationexpertise.
  • Proven experience with decentralized EWM on SAP ECC.
  • Strong background in distribution center operations andlogisticsexecution.
  • Experience supporting high‑SKU, fast‑moving inventory environments.
  • Hands‑on experience with RF framework, barcode scanning, and warehouse mobility.
  • Strong understanding of shipping,logistics, and warehouse execution processes.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable EWM solutions.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

What We Offer

Compensation This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $138,000 - $180,600 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
