Job Description

As the Lead - SAP, you will play a pivotal role in our S4 HANA Technical - Delivery department, driving technical development activities for SAP implementation, rollout, migration, enhancement, and support projects. Your expertise in ABAP development and SAP S/4HANA technologies, coupled with your leadership skills, will be instrumental in collaborating with functional consultants and business stakeholders to deliver exceptional SAP solutions.

• Lead and mentor a team of ABAP developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and develop efficient, scalable, and secure ABAP solutions, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage the technical aspects of SAP projects, including planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and drive innovation within the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely support to the development team.
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, standards, and guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing within the team.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in ABAP development, with a strong background in SAP S/4HANA technologies.
• Proven track record of leading and managing technical teams, demonstrating excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of SAP architecture, design principles, and best practices.
• Expertise in ABAP programming, including OOP concepts, performance optimization, and data modeling.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration, enhancement, and support projects is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to estimate, plan, and execute projects effectively.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and their application in SAP projects is an advantage.
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
