As the Lead for SAP-S4 HANA Technical - Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence and innovation within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage a team of ABAP developers, ensuring the successful delivery of SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement projects. You will collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions. Your expertise in SAP S/4HANA technologies and ABAP development will be instrumental in guiding the team and delivering high-quality SAP solutions that meet our clients' needs.

• Lead and manage a team of ABAP developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and develop efficient, scalable, and secure ABAP solutions, leveraging SAP S/4HANA technologies.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices and standards.
• Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely support and solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, trends, and best practices, and drive innovation within the team.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and technical challenges.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in ABAP development, with a strong track record of leading SAP projects.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA technologies and best practices.
• Expertise in ABAP development, including OOPs concepts, ABAP Objects, and modern ABAP programming techniques.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA migration, implementation, and enhancement projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of developers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving technical challenges.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and a passion for continuous learning.
