Tether is seeking a Lead Salesforce Consultant to join our team, supporting the delivery of Salesforce solutions across our client base.

As a certified Salesforce Gold Consulting Partner, we deliver high-impact CRM and digital transformation programmes across multiple industries. This role represents a key delivery leadership position within the Tether Ops team, where you will take ownership of solution design, client engagement and successful delivery outcomes across projects.

This is a highly collaborative, client-facing role where you will combine delivery leadership, functional expertise and stakeholder management to drive high-quality outcomes while guiding and mentoring the wider team.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce solution delivery across projects and client engagements

• Own end-to-end solution design aligned to business requirements

• Facilitate and lead client workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder engagement

• Oversee delivery of multiple workstreams, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on delivery matters

• Collaborate with developers and technical specialists on complex implementations

• Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies, standards and best practices

• Identify risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring proactive resolution

• Mentor and support Consultants and Associate Consultants

• Review configurations and outputs to maintain high delivery quality

• Contribute to pre-sales and solution shaping activities where required

• Support continuous improvement across delivery processes and team capability

• Understand, comply with and actively promote adherence to ISO27001 and ISO9001 policies and procedures

Requirements

Skills and Experience

• Strong experience delivering Salesforce solutions across multiple projects

• Proven ability to lead end-to-end delivery and solution ownership

• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices

• Experience leading client engagements and managing stakeholders

• Strong communication, facilitation and leadership skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams effectively

• Experience mentoring and supporting junior team members

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability

• Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments

Technical Skills

Required

• Salesforce platform expertise (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or similar)

• Strong configuration and automation capability

• CRM and business process design

Desirable

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Consultant or equivalent)

• Experience with integrations or multi-cloud environments

• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies

Advantageous

• Exposure to solution design or architecture

• Experience across multiple Salesforce clouds

• Experience supporting pre-sales or estimation activities

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT or a related discipline (preferred)

Hiring Process

Once you are successfully selected for interview a dedicated Talent Acquisition Manager will reach out and arrange a short pre-screening call. We want to learn more about you and the experience you can bring to the position. The interview process will have 2–3 stages and we will work around your availability. You will have the opportunity to talk with our recruitment team at various points throughout the process.
