  • Architect and develop robust, secure, modular and event-driven integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Pub/Sub patterns, and middleware technologies.
  • Manage the code repository and own the end-to-end release management lifecycle, leveraging Flosum or similar tools to maintain a rigorous CI/CD pipeline and automated testing framework.
  • Deploy and manage functional, integrated AI workflows and Einstein models within the Salesforce environment to optimize productivity.
  • Manage data migrations and regular data enrichment from multiple sources
  • Ensure high degree of security and compliance using platform shield and encryption.
  • Treat the Salesforce platform as a product, prioritizing user experience, scalability, and long-term maintainability over "quick fixes."
  • Design and build custom web applications outside the Salesforce ecosystem using modern frameworks to support unique business needs.
  • Manage, mentor and coach a team of developers and administrators.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on Agentforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Data Cloud capabilities, and AI-driven development.

Qualifications

  • Mastery of LWC, Apex, Visualforce, advanced Flow orchestration, DevOps.
  • Expert-level experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
  • Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Node.js) for building applications outside of Salesforce.
  • Practical experience leveraging LLMs & building agentic workflows.
  • Thrives in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong adherence to secure coding practices, governor limits, and scalable design patterns.
