Customer facing Sales Staff position responsible for identifying and building sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities using the complex sales process with a focus on new logos in multiple industries including Power Generation, Oil and Gas, Mining and Data Centers. Additional responsibilities will include the handover and support of these new opportunities with the Sales Managers and support them throughout the sales process to win and close these opportunities.
Co-creation and development of regional Symposium, Software days and One-Day Workshops with Marketing, Services, and Partners will also be required. Further development of content, locations and driving regional attendance through outbound campaigns including but not limited to email, Linkedin and additional social media sources as well as calling campaigns.
During the pipeline development and sales process, identify and manage key enterprise customer relationships to strengthen avenues for valuable customer feedback and create long term partnerships.
Roles and Responsibilities
Engage with inbound and outbound leads to understand business needs and position our software solutions effectively.
Build sales pipeline through guiding enterprise prospects through the complex purchasing of software solution decisions by understanding business problems, goals and objectives, aligning stakeholder priorities to our software and services solutions, and managing opportunities from discovery through contract execution.
Developing scalable commercial processes, for building and converting pipeline and executing one day workshop engagements into broader software and services opportunities.
Partner with Sales Managers to enhance opportunity development through customer contacts, proposal development and coordinated responses while using our CRM tools to improve opportunity/pipeline reporting that will strengthen forecasting, pipeline visibility, and Sales Management decision-making.
Coordinate with Partner Manager when applicable, to identify cross-selling opportunities to grow pipeline and drive customer value and expand enterprise relationships.
Plan and execute national industry events for prospects and customers, generating qualified opportunities while strengthening strategic customer relationships and brand awareness.
Collaborate closely and develop relationships with key Marketing and Solution Architect roles to promote team execution of pipeline development processes and Solution value positioning success to improve conversion rates.
Stay informed on product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide consultative insights to prospects.

Required Qualifications
For roles outside of the USA- This role requires advanced experience in the Sales & Digital Sales Direct. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
2+ years of inside sales or business development experience, ideally in B2B software or SaaS.
For roles in USA - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
