Join the Team That Helps Customers Make Critical Decisions When Every Second Counts
At Honeywell, we're building technology that helps organizations respond faster, coordinate resources more effectively, and make better decisions during high-consequence events. We are seeking a high-performing software sales professional who understands both the commercial side of enterprise software and the realities of incident command in critical environments.
This is not a typical software sales role.
We are looking for someone who has firsthand experience operating in emergency response, public safety, crisis management, military operations, industrial incident response, emergency management, or a similar command-and-control environment. You understand the pressure of making decisions when lives, assets, operations, and reputations are on the line. You can translate those experiences into meaningful conversations with customers seeking modern incident command and operational resilience solutions.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have served in roles such as:
Candidates who have personally managed emergency incidents, disaster response efforts, major operational disruptions, public safety events, or crisis situations will stand out.
The ideal candidate combines the credibility of someone who has worked through real emergencies with the commercial mindset of a top-performing software seller. Customers will trust you because you've experienced the challenges they face, and they'll buy from you because you can clearly articulate how technology helps improve outcomes during critical events.
If you've been in the command center, emergency operations center, incident command post, or crisis response room and have also proven yourself in software sales, we want to talk with you.
