Bartender (Guest Experience + Sales Associate)

Drybar is hiring a Bartender to be the face of our shop and help create an amazing guest experience from the moment guests walk through our doors and until they leave.

As a Bartender, you are more than front desk—you are the heartbeat of the guest experience. You’ll help drive sales, build relationships, support the team, and ensure every guest leaves feeling confident and cared for.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome guests and create a warm, upbeat first impression

• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling

• Educate guests on memberships, retail products, and add-on services

• Help drive shop goals through membership sales, retail sales, and guest retention

• Encourage guest pre-booking and future appointments

• Support stylists by keeping the salon organized and running smoothly

• Assist in creating a clean, polished, and guest-ready environment

• Help generate Google reviews and build guest loyalty

• Handle guest questions and concerns with professionalism and urgency

• Work as part of a team to deliver an exceptional Drybar experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality

• Strong customer service and people skills

• Sales-minded and comfortable recommending products and memberships

• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask

• Strong communication skills

• Positive attitude and team-player mentality

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

• Salon, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus
