Join a contractor supporting a data center construction project in Sandston, VA. This role provides hands-on safety oversight for active construction operations while serving as the Lead Safety Representative onsite.
This position offers the opportunity to work autonomously while leading a small safety team. The selected candidate will work directly with site supervision, project management, and craft personnel to ensure safe execution of construction activities and maintain project compliance standards.
✔ STS-C, CHST, ASP, or CSP Certification
✔ Degree in Safety (or acceptable equivalent)
✔ Minimum 3+ years of construction safety experience
✔ Data Center Construction Experience
✔ Experience leading site safety initiatives
