12-Month Position

JOB GOAL: Supervises the High School Safety Officers and the elementary/middle schools Safety Officers as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma Required.
• Prefer, a minimum of five (5) years' experience in the field of Federal, State or Municipal Law Enforcement.
• Appropriate endorsement of all academy and training certifications and others as may be required by the Board.
• Prefer, five (5) years of experience as Supervisor of Federal, State or Municipal Law Enforcement personnel.
• Demonstrated competence to use a computer as a tool for management.
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills working with staff, students and community members at-large.
• Effectively communicates and understands job instructions both verbally and written in the English language.
• Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or resident alien status.
