A motivated and detail-oriented Lead Room Attendant who ensures guest rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. You’ll lead by example, support the housekeeping team, and help maintain operational excellence that reflects our brand promise of exceptional hospitality. In this role, you’ll inspect rooms, assist with training, and coordinate daily assignments to ensure efficiency and quality across all housekeeping operations.

What You’ll Do:
Clean and prepare guest rooms to brand standards when needed
Inspect rooms for cleanliness, amenities, and maintenance issues
Report deficiencies and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly
Assist in training new Room Attendants on cleaning procedures and standards
Provide guidance and feedback to team members during shifts
Help coordinate daily assignments and monitor progress
Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or services
Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and according to guidelines
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately
Other Responsibilities:
Regularly lift up to 40 pounds, reach, bend, crouch, kneel, push, pull, and walk
Stand for extended periods during shifts
Regular attendance in conformance with standards
May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings
Perform other duties as assigned
Your Qualifications Include:
Previous experience as a Room Attendant or in housekeeping required
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The wage for this position is $32.00.
