
Seeking a Lead Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at the Central NE Children and Adolescent Clinic
This position provides general nursing supervision while assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the nursing care required to meet the needs of the patient such as:
Supervises clinical staff daily operations
Completes clinical staff schedules to ensure proper coverage
Performs complete patient assessment and communicates with the providers
Documents and maintains accurate nursing records
Administers medications according to the approved standards and physician orders
Engages patients and when appropriate family members in the plan of care
Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
EDUCATION: Associate Degree in Nursing required. Bachelor Degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE Clinical nursing experience preferred.
CERTIFICATES/LICENSES: Current registered nurse (RN) license or Temporary permit from the State of NE required. Basic Life Support ( BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) with a recommended renewal date required.
