
What You’ll Do:
Pricing Strategy Execution
1) Execute regional pricing strategies across markets, ensuring adherence to pricing architecture and positioning.
2) Manage monthly pricing reviews and deal execution tracking, ensuring alignment with approved frameworks.
3) Identify pricing opportunities and risks based on market dynamics and competitive landscape.
Gross-to-Net Management
1) Monitor Gross-to-Net performance across channels, identifying drivers of variance and improvement opportunities.
2) Partner with Sales and Finance to optimize discount structures and promotional investments.
Business Planning & Performance Delivery
1) Support integration of pricing and revenue strategies into AOP and forecasting processes.
2) Ensure pricing actions are aligned with volume, revenue, and margin targets.
Commercial Policy Support
1) Support implementation of sales policies, dealer programs, and pricing guidelines across markets.
2) Ensure compliance with MAP and pricing governance standards.
Insights & Analytics Integration
1) Analyze pricing, promotion, and deal performance to recommend actionable improvements.
2) Translate data into clear insights for commercial teams.
What you will bring
Strong understanding of pricing strategy and execution, including price architecture, discount structures, and deal management
Solid knowledge of Gross-to-Net (GTN) drivers, including rebates, discounts, and trade investments
Ability to analyze and optimize pricing, promotions, and deal effectiveness to improve profitability
Strong financial acumen with ability to connect pricing decisions to revenue, margin, and mix outcomes
Experience supporting pricing governance and policy implementation (e.g., pricing guidelines, MAP)
Strong analytical capability for scenario modeling, pricing analysis, and performance tracking
Ability to partner with Sales to influence pricing and commercial decisions
Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Finance, and Channel teams
What We're Looking For
6–10 years in Revenue Management, Pricing, Finance, or Commercial Excellence roles
Proven experience in pricing execution, deal management, or revenue optimization
Experience working in multi-country or regional environments preferred
Strong experience with analytics tools (Excel modeling, Power BI/Tableau, or similar)
Experience with pricing systems or tools is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
Experience in pricing strategy, financial analysis, or GTN management preferred
