The Revenue Accounting Lead plays a critical role in ensuring accurate revenue recognition and reporting in accordance with ASC 606. This role owns key aspects of the monthly and quarterly close, partners closely with Finance Operations and Billing, and contributes to process improvements and system initiatives that help scale revenue accounting operations in a high-growth environment.

WHAT WE DO

At Relativity, our Finance and Accounting teams partner closely with the business to ensureaccuratefinancial reporting, scalable processes, and strong compliance as the company continues to grow. We combine technical accountingexpertisewith modern systems and automation to support a fast-paced, global SaaS organization.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Reviewcustomer contracts and order forms to determineappropriate revenuerecognition treatment under ASC 606

  • Drive the monthly and quarterly revenue close, including journal entries, allocations, deferrals, reconciliations, and flux analysis for revenue, deferred revenue, and accounts receivable

  • Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, Billing, and Finance Operations toresolve revenue and billing issuesas well as to clarify contract terms with accounting impact

  • Assistwith process improvements, automation efforts, and system enhancements to scale revenue accounting operations

  • Overseeaccuratecommission calculations and related reporting

  • Support external financial audits by preparing PBC schedules and responding to auditor inquiries

  • Lead and contribute to transformation initiatives focused on improving processes and implementing new systems

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Accounting at a high-growth company

  • Strong technical knowledge of ASC 606 for software and SaaS, including usage-based and commitment-based contracts

  • Experience in systemssuch as Workday Financials, NetSuite ARM, or Zuora Revenueis an advantage

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a willingness to dive into the details when needed

  • Intermediate to advancedproficiencywith Microsoft Office, especially Excel

  • Excellent English level (C1)

Preferred

  • Experience supporting or leading revenue system implementations or major enhancements

  • Background partnering closely with Billing, Deal Desk, or Finance Operations teams

  • Experience in a public company or SOX-compliant environment

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

126 000 and 190 000PLN

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
