YOUR MISSION

• Drive retail operational excellence and commercial performance across the European retail network
• Partner with markets and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance store productivity, operational effectiveness, and consumer experience
• Lead key retail initiatives, process improvements, and business transformation projects to support sustainable growth
• Ensure consistent execution of retail standards while aligning global priorities with local market needs
• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to Retail Directors, Area Managers and market teams, fostering best-practice sharing and continuous improvement.

YOUR TALENT

• 7+ years of experience in Retail Operations, Store Operations, or a related commercial retail environment
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate retail KPIs and insights into impactful actions and business results
• Proven experience driving operational excellence, process improvements, and cross-functional projects
• Ability to influence, coach, and align stakeholders across markets and functions without direct authority
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a hands-on and solution-oriented approach
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, international environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
