Job Description

The Lead Replenishment Associateplays a key role in developing talent and enabling the success of the Replenishmentorganization. They area strategic and operational leader within the Replenishmentteam, responsible for driving process excellence and team development. This role influencesReplenishment-wide tools and practices to align with business needs and proactivelyidentifiesopportunities for improvement. Leads serve as subject matter experts, supporting system execution and acting as a resource for team members. They onboard, train, and mentor new RPAs, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.Strong communicationand relationship-building skills are essential, as Leadsrepresentthe team across divisions and engage in strategic initiatives. They helpmaintainteam alignment with KPIs and ensure consistent results through adaptability and critical thinking.

A day in the life…

  • Act as a subject matter expert in the Replenishment systemsand tools

  • Train, coach, and mentor new ReplenishmentAssociatesandDemandForecasters.

  • Lead team-wide training sessions withtimelyand relevant content.

  • Share insights and learnings across the RP organization to drive continuous improvementand shared learning.

  • Proactivelyidentifygaps and opportunities within the team and advocate for strategic solutions;influence and improve RP-wide tools and processes to align with business needs.

  • Partner with Sr. Managers and Program Managers on strategic initiatives, adapting to shifting priorities and aligning efforts through open, constructive dialogue with leadership.

  • Support team alignment with KPI targets andorganizationalgoals.

  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment through feedback, relationship-building, and regular touchpoints.

You own this if you have…

  • 1+yearof Oracle RPAS experience

  • 5+ years of experience in retail merchandise planning or inventory management.

  • Proficient inMicrosoft Excel.

  • Experience in continuous improvement and training (1+yearpreferred).

  • Ability to quicklyadapt to new areas of thebusiness.

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, continuously evolving, and sometimes ambiguous environment.

  • Strong analytical skills – both quantitative and qualitative.

  • Communicate complex information clearly and effectively, tailoringstyleto different audiences.

  • Strongpresentation skills across all levels of the organization

  • Ability to prioritize requests and business needs.

  • Strongcollaboration and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to ask insightful questionsand influence others to achieve positive outcomes.

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations.
Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$93,500.00 - $155,000.00 Annual
