Lead Reformer Pilates Instructor
📍 Lincoln | Part-time (15–25 hours per week) | £25–£30 per hour

The Role

As our Lead Reformer Pilates Instructor, you will:

• Deliver engaging, high-quality Reformer Pilates classes

• Plan and manage the weekly class timetable

• Coordinate and support our team of freelance instructors

• Help oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the studio

• Contribute to and manage our social media presence

• Ensure every client enjoys an exceptional studio experience

• Play a key role in growing and developing the business

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Reformer Pilates Instructor (essential)

• Proven experience teaching Reformer classes

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• A natural leader who enjoys supporting and motivating others

• Confidence with social media and community engagement

• A genuine passion for Pilates and creating a welcoming environment
