REQUIREMENTS

  • This role is designed for individuals who are committed to building a long term career in recruitment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a recruitment agency environment.
  • Minimum2 to 3 years of experience leading or supervising a recruitment team.
  • Experienced in permanent placement and contract staffing.
  • Strong client relationship management and business development experience.
  • Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems and modern recruitment technologies.
  • Familiarity with AI tools or platforms to improve recruitment effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

The Lead, Recruitment & Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading the organisation's recruitment function while supporting business growth through client acquisition and relationship management. This role oversees the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent and contract staffing across both IT and non IT functions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment services to clients and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a strong recruitment agency background, proven leadership experience and the ability to manage multiple client portfolios while developing effective recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

RECRUITMENT & TALENT ACQUISITION

  • Lead and manage the end to end recruitment process for permanent and contract positions across IT and non IT functions.
  • Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide suitable recruitment solutions.
  • Prepare, review and refine job descriptions to ensure accuracy and market competitiveness.
  • Source, assess and shortlist qualified candidates through various recruitment channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, professional networks and direct sourcing methods.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and competency assessments to ensure suitability against client and business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.

CLIENT MANAGEMENT & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through consistent service delivery and effective account management.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the organisation's client portfolio.
  • Prepare, negotiate and manage Terms of Business and other recruitment related commercial agreements.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve recruitment, client retention and revenue objectives.

TEAM LEADERSHIP

  • Lead, mentor and develop the recruitment team to ensure high performance and continuous professional development.
  • Allocate recruitment assignments, monitor workloads and ensure service delivery standards are achieved.
  • Establish recruitment objectives, monitor key performance indicators and provide regular coaching and performance feedback.
  • Promote collaboration, accountability and best practices across the recruitment team.
