
The Northwest Center @ Amazon team operates in a fast-paced and demanding corporate environment where we provide professional 5-star customer service across several program divisions. The Receptionist is Amazon’s face and voice to its clients and their guests. In this role, you will provide 5-star customer service and have an obsession for customer satisfaction. As our Lead Receptionist, you will lead day to day administrative activities and tasks including greeting and checking in guests, distributing badges, providing resources to callers, and assisting with projects and audits. Your team of receptionists are solution providers and seek to provide a memorable customer centric experience through each interaction and you will be a key motivator and leader.
Location: Arlington, VA + DMV Area
Schedule: Monday through Friday, an 8-hour shift, between the hours of 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
Starting Hourly Range: $27.74 per hour | Full Hourly Range: $27.74 - $33.61 per hour What we can offer:
