Lead RBT / Student Analyst

Were seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is passionate about ABA, eager to take on leadership opportunities, and ready to advance toward BCBA certification.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and center-based setting
  • Mentor and support RBTs, modeling best practices and assisting with training/supervision
  • Collaborate closely with BCBAs on treatment planning, assessments, and parent training
  • Assist with client programming, data analysis, and material development
  • Lead small group activities and provide session coverage when needed
  • Maintain professionalism, teamwork, and strong communication with families and staff

BCBA Trainee Pathway

If you are pursuing your Masters in ABA, Abacus is one of the most supportive places to complete your fieldwork:

  • Concentrated fieldwork hours path finish your supervision hours quicker alongside your degree
  • Weekly 1:1 and bi-weekly group supervision.
  • Guaranteed 30+ unrestricted hours per month (curriculum, parent training, assessments, etc.)
  • No charge for unrestricted hours
  • Paid exam prep, study materials, and exam fees covered

What Were Looking For

  • Current Active RBT certification
  • At least 1 year of ABA experience.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
  • Actively in, pursuing or planning to pursue a Masters degree in ABA (preferred).
  • Reliable transportation, CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Availability for a minimum of 25 hours per week
