This position provides leadership in the imaging department to ensure consistent high-quality standards of care and patient outcomes. Maintain a positive working relationship with other department leaders, OR staff, providers, and additional ancillary services. This position provides direct care, coordinates the daily activities, and role models professional practice and customer service behaviors. The primary function of this position will be for OR needs but will step in for other imaging staff and leaders whenever necessary. This position is full-time 0.8 position, 8 hour shifts Monday - Thursday within the hours of 645 am and 715 pm with rotating call evenings, weekends and holidays.

Specific duties are determined by the work setting or patient population served; however, in all positions, serving patients with challenging and complex conditions requires a concentration of specialized staff able to work in highly coordinated teams. We organize care around each patient’s condition which requires staff at multiple levels and across many departments to exhibit exceptional teamwork qualities including communicating efficiently and effectively and adopting the behaviors required for high functioning integrated teams.
Compensation & Benefits
The hourly wage for this opportunity is $31.36/hour to $45.44/hour. Pay is dependent on several factors including number of hours worked within the field, education, and certification/licensure. Hourly pay just one part of the compensation package for employees.
