You’llhelp us by…
Leading and managing the Quest Design team to meet projectobjectives, quality standards, and production milestones.
Setting clear goals and performance expectations aligned with the broader project vision
Collaborating with thequest,narrative, level designteamsand other departments in craftinga cohesive experience forthe game’s locations, characters, content, and plots
Acting as the primary point of contact for Quest Design within the project, communicating status, risks, and needsforsenior leadership.
Collaboratingwith our Quest and Narrative DesignersandEngineersto furtherdevelopthe pipelines and processes of the Quest Design team.
Designing and implementing functionalquestsand becoming proficient in using our tools
Help express thestory'svisionvia excellent exploration,dialogue,gameplay, and activities.
Providing constructive feedback on others’ work
Acting as a liaison to other departments, conveying the consistent design visionof the project
Providing regular feedback, coaching, and performance management forquestdesigners.
You’reawesome because you have…
Proven experience as a professional Game Designer, with significant quest design experience and at least one shipped title in a senior or lead capacity.
Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, set priorities, and deliver against defined productiontimelines
Experience with technical game design (implementation in tools, game logic, visual scripting,etc.)
Ability to collaborate and thrive as part of a creative team and comfortable with self-critique and accepting outside feedback
Creative problem-solving skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
Experience pitching game design concepts in a clear, detailed manner, through strong written and verbal skills
Strong organizational skills and a proventrack recordof meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback and support team growth and development.

Industry recognition ordemonstratedimpact in your field
Having made your own game as a side or indie project
Experience in adjacent fields such ascontent design,narrative design,environmentart, programming,etc.
Experience playing and/or crafting pen and paper, board, or trading card games
