[3] [4] • Technical skills and innovation: The role requires knowledge of programming, testing microservices and APIs using tools like Postman and SOAP UI, performance and load testing, SQL basics, and modern technologies including Agentic AI and Microsoft Copilot. The candidate should evaluate new tools and conduct proof of concepts to enhance testing frameworks. [2] [5] • Project and stakeholder management: The candidate must manage project status reporting, risk mitigation, vendor relationships, user training, and communication across multiple teams while ensuring alignment with supply chain domain requirements and delivery methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
