Job Description

We are looking for Head of Quality Engineer (Test Lead) who is able to manage Quality Engineer Team, coordinates business and technical to develop people, as well as perform individual work ensure quality of delivery for all IT projects deliverables. The success candidate to design, develop, and maintain automated test suites with AI to ensure efficient and effective testing coverage for software products. Identifies KPIs for product quality assessment, collaborates with key stakeholders to resolve quality issues in software development lifecycles, conducts test reviews, and proposes solutions to mitigate quality-related issues. You shall work with dynamic, professional, and strong core values organization.

This role report to Head of IT Delivery. You are Test leader to control and deliver high profile quality of product software to Company. Working very closely with IT Delivery Manager, Business to understand demand and consult, drive them for digital transformation environment for everyone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Test Planning, Executing, Monitor & Control Testing activities in the projects.

  • Manages and coordinates business and technical to analyze factor to support process and project improvements.

  • Works with business to define and manage the scope, strategy, requirements, and implementation testing.

  • Ensures that assigned projects are completed with high quality, budgets, and schedules while.

  • Develops and implements quality engineering by written code to enhance the overall quality and reliability of software products.

  • Establishes processes & tools to maintain automation scripts and generates reports for faster bug tracking & reporting.

  • Analyzes automation results and investigates failures.

  • Develops test patterns to evaluate the solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.

  • Conducts test reviews, identifies potential areas of risk, and proposes solutions to mitigate quality related issues.

  • Drives software development process to ensure quality-centric methodologies.

  • Captures, records, and implements leading practices for continued quality engineering improvements.

  • Prepares and delivers formal quality reports to leadership and key stakeholders.

  • Identifies KPIs for product quality and tracks the identified quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities, defect frequency, and first-time pass rate.

  • Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and product managers to identify and resolve quality issues.

  • Controls, updates and distribute new and revised quality standards and technical changes.

  • Stays up to date on the latest testing technologies and trends, consistently improving skills and competencies to address diverse application challenges.

  • Performs peer reviews of test cases, impact analysis for continuous learning and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven Experienced and strong people development management experience and technical skill.

  • Familiarity with black box and white box testing practices and open-source testing frameworks

  • Experience building test automation and business use-case testing

  • Experience in developing and executing manual / automated tests

  • Ability to apply specific tools and techniques for Data and ML applications

  • Ability to implement and improve QMS processes using SDLC leading practices

  • Proficient in writing tools and automation scripts

  • Knowledge in developing cloud-based applications

  • Understand cloud fundamentals.
