As a Lead Auditor at Novo Nordisk, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with our Quality Management System and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
You will have the authority to conduct and report audits independently, issue audit findings, and make decisions based on the samples selected during the audit. Above all, you are expected to travel monthly to global sites for auditing.
Qualifications
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with the following qualifications:
Need to have: - MSc with 5+ years of relevant experience or BSc with 8+ years of relevant experience. - Thorough knowledge of and experience with Quality and Quality Management Systems, Warehouse/Supply Chain/Distribution management. - Strong understanding of relevant regulatory requirements, especially with Good Distribution Practices (GDP). Proven experience in stakeholder and change management. - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. - High level of integrity, objectivity, and analytical skills. Strong risk-based mindset with the ability to identify issues with potential large impact. Ability to listen and understand different perspectives and adapt to new information. Display an enterprise mindset and contribute to a proactive, positive and engaging work environment.
Nice to have: - Knowledge of potential risks in key processes and experience with domain and sub-domain processes. - Good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and value chain. - Cultural awareness and flexibility to adapt to change. - Experience in conflict management and providing constructive feedback. Previous auditor experience is considered as an advantage.
