For more than 30 years, SQA Services has been a leader in providing managed supplier quality services — including audits, assessments, corrective actions, inspections, remediation, and engineering support — to manufacturers across regulated industries. We deploy experienced auditors across the United States and in over 90 countries to support client and supplier sites on demand.

SQA Services is seeking a Lead Quality Auditor to support a global technology client’s supplier audit program in India. This auditor will be added to an approved audit roster and serve as a lead auditor for supplier audits across India

This is a long-term, part-time contract role, averaging 1 audit day per week over the next 12 months, with 8+ audits planned for 2026 The role focuses on electrical commodities, with some exposure to mechanical systems.

Initial Audit Locations

• Pudukottai, Tamil Nadu (Electrical Commodity)
• Anand, Gujarat (Electrical Commodity)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead supplier audits in accordance with program requirements
• Evaluate supplier compliance to ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Assess manufacturing processes related to electrical components and assemblies
• Review documentation, procedures, and process controls
• Identify and document audit findings, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Prepare and submit audit reports per client standards
• Represent SQA professionally at supplier sites

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large-scale supplier audit programs
• Experience with both electrical and mechanical commodities
• Located in or near Mumbai, Bengaluru, or Delhi
• Strong reporting and communication skills
