Lead Quality Analyst

Lead Quality Analyst (Full-time contract)

The main purpose of this role is:

To maintain a robust and compliant Quality Management System (QMS) consistently capable of shipping product conforming to the finished Product Specification (FPS) and other regulatory and stakeholder requirements The role is responsible of ensuring compliance to the requirements of regulatory, KC QMSR, ISO 9001 standard, OGSIM, business requirement and Non-conforming material management process. Lead Quality Analyst _QMS reports to the Mill Quality Manager and will work with Mill teams, and local/regional suppliers, operations team in addition to other multi-functional team members (Finance, Purchasing, Regional QA Team).

In this role, you will:

• Establishes and maintains the facility QMS, ensuring it is capable of consistently meeting K-C and other customer and / or legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and demonstrate a strong degree of knowledge and skill in quality related practices and systems (QMSR, ISO, PASS, ETQ, Audit process, non-conforming material management etc.).
• Coordinates and participates in the internal audit program, QMS self-assessment to ensure compliance with the requirements (e.g. KC QMSR, ISO, Disney etc.) of internal and external interested parties (global, regional, local requirement) and support quality leader to develop Quality Improvement Plan and support the mill to execute.
• It has accountability to attend and represent K-C in external audits of the Mill QMS and by customers, certification bodies and regulatory authorities. Implements actions derived from the different audits and legal requirements.
• Support in the preparation of Quality Management Review, Quality monthly steering meeting etc.
• Manage and improve the CAPA / QNC process to ensure deviations from standard are investigated to root cause and countermeasures are implemented and sustained.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• National Diploma and / or bachelor’s degree (preference in relevant discipline, typically science, food tech., engineering etc.)
• Significant QMS experience (e.g. ISO 9001, GMP, KC QMS) with minimum 5 years of FMCG.
• Certificate for performing Lead / internal audits for QMS (ISO 9001:2015 ,14001 etc.) is preferred
• Strong communication - good understanding of native speakers, ability to write documents in English and participate in teleconferences.
