As the Lead Audio QC Technician, you’ll oversee audio gear prep and performance checks while supporting broader warehouse operations and team development.
✅ Audio Equipment Testing – Inspect and test professional-grade audio systems to ensure optimal sound performance.
✅ Troubleshooting & Repairs – Diagnose and resolve equipment issues before shipping to shows.
✅ Inventory Oversight – Organize and track all audio gear, coordinating availability and maintenance schedules.
✅ Documentation & Standards – Maintain accurate QC logs, checklists, and repair reports to ensure process consistency.
✅ Team Leadership – Mentor warehouse staff and assist in technician training to uphold LMG’s technical standards.
✅ Logistics & Support – Help manage consumables, organize gear storage, and assist with local deliveries as needed.
🔹 Strong knowledge of audio engineering, including PA systems, mixing consoles, and signal flow
🔹 Ability to interpret CAD drawings and technical documentation
🔹 A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
🔹 Excellent communication and leadership skills
🔹 Experience in warehouse operations or inventory control is a plus
