The Lead QA/QC Engineer is responsible to ensure that products and services meet established quality standards through comprehensive planning, oversight, and evaluation. The role would lead a team of quality assurance and control professionals, implementing testing protocols, monitoring compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement quality assurance and control procedures and standards.
Lead and manage a team of QA/QC engineers and technicians.
Coordinate and oversee testing processes to ensure products meet specified requirements.
Analyze data from testing and inspection reports to identify quality issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality concerns.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Train and mentor team members on QA/QC best practices and methodologies.
Prepare and present detailed quality reports to management and stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Ensure that all quality documentation is accurately maintained and readily accessible.
Proficient in quality assurance/control methodologies, standards, and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Minimum 8 year(s) working experience, 5 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus.
