As we continue to grow, we are looking for a seasoned Project Risk Engineer to join our Services Engineering team, based in Rugby or Swansea.
GE Vernova is on a mission to electrify and decarbonise the world – and the quality of our project risk decisions is central to making that mission a commercial reality. This is a brand-new role within our Power Conversion & Storage (PCS) business, and you will be the person who defines it.
As our dedicated Lead Project Risk Engineer, you will own the engineering risk function end-to-end – from the moment a tender lands on the desk, through project handover, and all the way to lessons learned at close-out. As our first dedicated engineering risk specialist in PC&S, you will have the rare opportunity to shape how risk management is practiced across the business, influence the quality of our project bids, and build something that will grow with you.
You will report to the business’ Engineering Leader for Services, supporting a diverse portfolio that spans industrial, solar, wind, oil & gas, naval, and offshore markets.
