Job Description

As a Lead Project Manager within our eCOA function, you will play a critical role in leading complex client projects, ensuring delivery of high-quality services on time and within budget while fostering a strong customer-centric culture. You will also lead and develop Project Management staff, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across programs.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead, mentor, and manage Project Management staff, including career development, training oversight, and performance management

  • Conduct quality reviews of system setups and project documentation to ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards

  • Facilitate team communication through regular status meetings, workload monitoring, and forecasting activities

  • Define and track performance metrics to drive team efficiency and continuous improvement

  • Independently manage the full lifecycle of clinical trial programs, including planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout activities

  • Gather and translate customer requirements into actionable plans for cross-functional internal teams

  • Oversee study documentation, reporting, equipment distribution, and data archiving processes

  • Manage study timelines, budgets, and financial performance, including forecasting, scope changes, and invoice reconciliation

  • Identify risks proactively, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as needed

  • Lead internal and external stakeholder interactions, including client communications and negotiations, to ensure alignment and successful delivery

  • Drive problem-solving initiatives to resolve customer issues and maintain clear issue tracking for timely resolution

  • Support cross-functional teams and contribute to operational readiness for new product or service initiatives

  • Participate in client-facing meetings, including investigator meetings, and support business development initiatives where required

What We Look For

  • Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated project management experience in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry

  • 5–10 years of experience managing projects within drug development or a related field

  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop team members

  • Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes and lifecycle management

  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders in English

  • Experience managing budgets, financial forecasts, and project scope

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused approach

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and project tracking systems
