Job Description

Responsible to develop and maintain integrated L2/L3 project schedules for a medium portfolio of projects to support project reporting and on time delivery analysis which complies with Customer requirements and adheres to internal processes and standards.
Responsible to support continuous improvement of Equipment Planning processes and developing/maintaining KPIs (on time delivery, key milestones, key commodities, say/do ratio, physical progress, schedule quality, etc.) & critical path analysis for complex EO & EEP projects or TK Projects where partner is leader

Roles and Responsibilities

ITO - OTR Ha ndover

  • At tend CKOM & foll ow-up on open action i tems fr om the CKOM rela ted to s chedule ex ecuti on
  • Attends release meetings led by ITO to understand project scope, ITO assumptions, and contribute to Delivery Matrix development.
  • Support development of the Commitment Meeting file based on functional inputs, project requirements and contract requirements.
  • Support the Commitment Meeting with functional owners to resolve initial schedule disconnects and reach agreement on the project baseline.

  • S et up integrated project schedule (including L3/L2 and S curves) bas eline wor ki ng with i nter nal GEV team and in alignment with Global Project Control, Planning and Scheduling processes.

  • Ensur es sc hedules acc urately r eflect pr oje ct sc ope and ex ec uti on strategy.
  • Continuously monitors project on time delivery performance to ensure knowledge of main issues and how issues are being mitigated.
  • Proactively monitors project schedule to highlight slippages, inaccurate data causing erroneous forecasts/reporting and identifies corrective actions and action owner to resolve issues.
  • Upda te L2/L3 pr oje ct sc hedule bas ed on i nputs from GEV team.
  • Per fo rm s chedule anal ysis on mo nt hly bas is to i dentify t he cri tical imp ac ts and pr ovi de the mitiga tio ns sugg esti ons
  • Ensure WIPT is upda ted mo nt hly
  • Works with project team to identify mitigation strategies and ensure strategies are reflected in project schedule.
  • Escal ates critical pr oje ct issues to the i nter nal pr oje ct ma nag er a nd pr oje ct team.
  • Ensur es r epor ts for ot her functi ons and c ust omers accur ate ly r efl ect st at us of pr oje ct equi pment a nd pr ovi de to c ust omer a nd busi ness reporti ng.

Required Qualifications

  • This role requires advanced experience in the Project Management & Project Planning. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
