Job Description

  • Drive Project performance to achieve on-time delivery, zero or positive deviation and proactive technical issue prevention.
  • Support as necessary for trouble free Project execution.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of installation, pre-commissioning checks, loop-checking, termination, point to point testing, system demo to customers.
  • Ensuring commitment dates are met for installation, pre-commissioning checks, loop-checking, termination, point to point testing, system demo.
  • Assistance with FAT, SAT and remote system staging.
  • Provide installation, pre-commissioning checks, loop-checking, termination, point to point testing, system demo to project team members and Support to field technicians.
  • Use Quality Assurance procedures and ensure defect-free hardware and software to field delivery team.
  • Ensure applicable local and industry codes and standards are upheld and Honeywell SOPs are adhered to.
  • Drive common best practice system designs and engineered solutions. Issue of Design submittal in accordance with project planning requirements.
  • Suggest cost effective solutions to improve project GM.
  • Design, implement, and support LAN/WAN, MPLS, VPN, and security infrastructure solutions.
  • Configure and troubleshoot routing and switching protocols such as BGP, OSPF, STP, RSTP, HSRP, VRRP and VLANs.
  • Administer and support VMware vSphere/ESXi, vCenter, and Microsoft Hyper-V environments.
  • Manage infrastructure projects, migrations, upgrades, and change management activities.
  • Monitor network and server performance, conduct capacity planning, and ensure service availability.
  • Troubleshoot network, virtualization, and security-related issues.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for infrastructure support and enhancements.
  • Prepare the EBOQ with part codes within the commitment date.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in ICT Infrastructure, Network Engineering, or System Administration.
  • Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, VPN, Routing & Switching, and network Security.
  • Hands-on experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V virtualization platforms.
  • Experience with enterprise networking equipment (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Fortinet, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Windows/Linux server environments and infrastructure monitoring tools.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams for project delivery and support.
  • Provide regular ICT status updates, documentation, and technical reports.
  • Support change management, knowledge transfer, and transition activities.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and drive infrastructure improvements. Previous experience working with highly complex technical solutions.
  • Proven track record in project design and engineering capacity involved in the delivery of technology-based projects.
  • Previous exposure to a site base, construction environment
