When you join RadNet as a Lead Program Manager – Intelligent Automation, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.
You Will:
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize automation and intelligent agent use cases submitted by clinical, operational, financial, and administrative departments.
- Translate organizational policies and compliance directives into explicit technical specifications (e.g., specifying which data fields must be masked by the Hub).
- Partner closely with the Operational Process Analyst and engineering teams to ensure deployed solutions meet operational needs without compromising workflow efficiency.
- Act as the primary business liaison, shielding development teams from loose or unstructured business requests.
- Coordinate regular project portfolio reviews, translating highly technical performance metrics into clear business-value indicators for RadNet executive leadership.

To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Healthcare Informatics, or a closely related quantitative field.
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in technical projects, programs or product management with an Enterprise IT environment
- 3-5 years hands-on experience directly leading intelligent automation initiatives, process automation, workflow engineering, or enterprise API/Platform integration programs.
- Agile Program Management: Proven experience managing software life cycles, program backlogs, and roadmaps.
- Requirements Engineering: Deep experience translating high-level business/policy decisions into structured, technical tickets for engineering teams.
- Technological Literacy: Strong understanding of generative AI capabilities, API structures, token billing models, and current technical limitations.
- Prioritization Frameworks: Expertise in leveraging structures like RICE or Kano to evaluate use cases objectively.
