Position Title: Lead Technician

Job Overview
The Lead Technician is responsible for managing disaster response and crisis management activities related to water mitigation, fire restoration, mold remediation, and biohazard cleanup. This role works directly with customers to explain the restoration process, assess the scope of work, and lead technicians on job sites. The Lead Technician also supervises, develops, and mentors team members to ensure high-quality service and operational excellence.

Compensation: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
