  • Manage operations of production units, ensuring efficiency and productivity across manufacturing lines.
  • Plan and implement resource allocation for staff working in shifts to optimize production outcomes.
  • Analyze, develop, and implement innovative solutions to complex manufacturing challenges.
  • Oversee processes to align with customer demands and ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Perform root cause analysis of non-standard engineering problems to enhance production methods.
  • Guide and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Suggest improvements and drive initiatives for innovation in the production ecosystem.
  • Communicate effectively with functional leaders and senior management on production strategies and results.

Must-Have:

  • Graduate or Master degree with 15 plus years of experience in production management or operations.
  • Proven ability to analyze and solve complex manufacturing challenges.
  • Familiar with managerial skills with direct supervisory experience.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing process improvements.
  • Proficient in data analysis and usage of advanced analytical tools.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles.

Nice-To-Have:

  • Familiarity with cross-cultural communication and global operations.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies in the production ecosystem.
  • Project management certification or experience.
  • Background in engineering or related technical field.
