Schedule: 1:00 AM or 2:00 AM start, 8-hour shifts

Too Sweet Cakes is a scratch bakery bringing joyful, meaningful moments to life through pastry across our Arizona and Oregon locations. From our production kitchens to our retail counters, our team is the heart of every cake, cookie, and moment we create for our guests.
We're looking for a Lead Production Baker to guide day-to-day baking operations supporting our Gilbert, AZ retail location. This role owns the production schedule and quality on the floor, directing the work of production/bakery staff to keep cases consistently stocked with fresh, high-quality product. The Lead Production Baker reports to the Operations Manager.

Too Sweet Cakes was founded in 2016 by Shelbi Geyer, whose love for baking started as a young girl, sketching cake designs and dreaming of one day opening her own bakery. What started as a small wholesale bakery quickly grew into something more. In 2018, we opened our first storefront in Bend, Oregon, creating a space where pastries weren’t just desserts—they were memories in the making. From there Too Sweet Cakes expanded to Lake Oswego, and today, we proudly operate four retail locations across Oregon and Arizona, with a fifth location opening in 2026 in Paradise Valley, Arizona.
Beyond our storefronts, you’ll find Too Sweet Cakes pastries featured in over 100 locations across Oregon, Washington, and Arizona. It’s been an incredible journey—one made possible by the extraordinary team who has brought their talents, heart, and dedication into every part of the business.
