Mission & Responsibilities
The primary mission is to own the product UX end-to-end, designing flows that increase conversion, retention, and monetization.
Key Responsibilities:
UX Ownership: Manage core flows, onboarding, paywalls, and monetization surfaces across web platforms.
Strategic Design: Translate business goals into UX solutions by mapping journeys and designing experiments based on data.
System Building: Produce high-quality designs in Figma using robust systems (components, tokens, UI kits).
Collaboration: Partner with PMs to define hypotheses and success metrics while working with engineers to ensure clear specs and QA implementation.
Requirements
Experience: 5+ years in B2C product UI/UX.
Technical Proficiency: Expert-level Figma skills and ability to build/manage design systems at speed.
Track Record: A portfolio demonstrating product thinking, shipped work, and measurable impact.
Industry Background: Experience in B2C sectors like SaaS, dating, iGaming/gaming, or adult platforms.

Week 1-2: Audit current flows and identify top UX bottlenecks with the CTO and PMs.
Weeks 3-6: Ship the first wave of improvements for key conversion and retention steps.
Weeks 7-12: Establish an ongoing experiment pipeline and a scalable design system cadence.
