As the first dedicated Lead Product Success representative in Australia, you'll serve as the primary regional voice of Product, providing local teams with a trusted product expert who can confidently represent strategy, priorities and roadmap decisions while advocating for regional business needs.

This is a senior individual contributor role that requires confidence, commercial acumen and the ability to influence senior leaders across a global organisation.

Flexible Hybrid Working
Our Sydney office is yours to use as much as you'd like. As a minimum, you'll work from our Sydney office every Tuesday and Thursday.

As part of a global Product team, you'll also collaborate with colleagues in the UK, Bulgaria and India. This means working later hours one to two days per week, typically from 2pm to 10pm Sydney time, to ensure meaningful overlap with international teams.

Some of Your Responsibilities & Core Duties will include:

Product Expertise & Business Unit Success
  • Act as the primary product partner and trusted point of contact for regional Business Units on all product-related matters.
  • Develop and maintain deep platform expertise, becoming the recognised authority on product capabilities and solutions.
  • Own roadmap communication with regional teams, translating priorities, trade-offs and decisions into clear, confident messaging.
  • Drive alignment between regional needs and global product strategy by gathering, synthesising and communicating customer feedback, opportunities and requirements.
  • Manage and help prioritise the regional backlog, including incidents, opportunities and change requests.
  • Provide product and commercial guidance to support customer success, product adoption and business outcomes.
  • Represent Product confidently in both internal and customer-facing discussions.
Building Relationships & Creating Alignment
  • Build trusted relationships with regional leaders through your product expertise and commercial understanding.
  • Develop strong partnerships across Commercial, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations and Product teams.
  • Understand the needs of SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise customers and translate these into meaningful product discussions.
  • Support regional go-to-market activities and product adoption initiatives.
  • Lead regular business reviews, alignment forums and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Represent product decisions with confidence, managing expectations and balancing competing priorities when necessary.
Continuous Improvement & Global Scale
  • Find opportunities to strengthen collaboration, communication and knowledge sharing between regional teams and the global Product organisation.
  • Develop scalable frameworks, processes and standards that support successful product rollouts and adoption.
  • Share market insights, findings and success stories across the wider Product Success community.
  • Drive initiatives that improve operational effectiveness, transparency and business outcomes.

The Experience and Key Skills you will have:

  • Relevant experience in Product Success, Product Operations, Product Enablement, Product Adoption, Technical Customer Success, Product Strategy & Operations, or a similar product-focused role within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Demonstrated experience developing deep end-to-end product expertise and advising teams and senior leaders on capabilities, solutions and adoption.
  • Proven ability to communicate product roadmaps, prioritisation decisions and trade-offs clearly and confidently.
  • Strong experience building credibility and influence with senior business leaders through expertise and commercial understanding.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to understand customer needs, market dynamics and business challenges.
  • A solid understanding of Product Management principles and ways of working.
  • Experience representing product strategy and roadmap decisions within complex matrix organisations.
  • The ability to operate autonomously, influence without authority and balance regional and global priorities.
  • A proactive mindset with a track record of driving meaningful improvements.
