Job Description

Lead Angular Developer

Industry Experience

  • 10–14 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical lead for the team, responsible for release delivery.
  • Provide support and mentoring to junior staff.
  • Review code for quality and best practices.
  • Brainstorm, plan, design, and develop interactive, user-friendly websites.
  • Ensure the team’s goals are set and tracked periodically for completion.
  • Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution within the team.
  • Conduct annual appraisals of team members.
  • Take care of team technology and soft skills growth via appropriate engagement.

Technical Requirements

  • Strong understanding of object-oriented JavaScript patterns (e.g., MVC, Redux).
  • Proficient in TypeScript/JavaScript
  • Deep expertise in JavaScript frameworks, especially Angular 5/6/7.
  • Experience with client-side unit testing using Jasmine, Karma, or Jest.
  • Solid grasp of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, and Less.
  • Understanding of ngrx store management.
  • Experience working with responsive web design across platforms and devices.
  • Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.
  • Writing unit tests and using mocking frameworks.

Nice to Have

  • Proficiency in unit testing and relevant frameworks (Jasmine/Karma).
  • Knowledge of web accessibility and SEO best practices.
  • Previous experience working in a distributed SCRUM team is a bonus.
  • Good to have experience on Kendo UI.
  • Understanding of OOP and SOLID principles
