We are seeking a Lead Product Software Engineer.
Experience Required: 10 to 15 years
Technical Skills
Must havehands onexperienceonC#, .NET Core, WCF, RESTful services, Web API, SQL.
Experience inDevOPs, AKS, Containerization, hosting on Azure or any cloud through PaaS,IaaSor SaaS.
Strong experience inunderstanding ofhow data flows within the application components, how itimpactsusability and user experience.
Strong experience in designing backend service components
MS SQL Server, No SQLdatabase(Cosmos), Visual Studio 2022-2025, Azure DevOps in an Agile environment
Defining technical approach for the feature and implement it with team members
Experience in Agile Methodologies/Scrum, Test Driven Development (TDD) & Unit Testing.
Must have in-depth knowledge of angular, typescript, microfrontend architecture.
Design Patterns, Domain Driven Development, Micro service architecture.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and automation technologies.
Understanding and experience HTML5, CSS,JSONand JS libraries

Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Working under moderate supervision
Designing, developing, testing, debugging, and implementing moderately complex operating system components, software tools, and utilities
Making moderately complex modifications to existing software to meet specialized needs and configurations
Maintaining program libraries and technical documentation
Assistingin planning, scheduling, and implementation activities
Initiating corrective actions to ensure adherence to timelines
Key Responsibilities
Development of critical features for the CCH Axcess Client Collaboration powered by Expert AI solutions product, ensuringtimelyand high-quality delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, QA, UX, and other engineering groups.
Drive technical excellence through code reviews, design discussions, and adherence to best practices.
Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical strategy.
Support DevOps practices including CI/CD, monitoring, and incident response.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and ownership.
Ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance of the application.
Participate in roadmap planning and help align engineering efforts with business goals.
Any other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Deliver applicationfeaturerequired code, DB, design, storage related changes within decided timelines.
Understand, estimate, and design technicalapproachfor features to be developed.
Generate innovative approaches and solutions to complex issues.
