Create your best future and join Everyday Banking as a Lead Product Owner, Servicing Delivery.
What's the role?
Everyday Banking is looking for a Lead Product Owner to lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives that uplift customer servicing journeys. You'll take ownership of some of our most complex and high-impact customer problems — simplifying high-friction processes, driving automation and straight-through processing, digitising manual workflows, and transforming how we support customers navigating sensitive servicing needs like Power of Attorney.
This is a delivery-focused you'll shape strategy, drive execution from problem definition through to realised outcomes, and lead both process and technology change across Product, Technology, Risk, and Operations. You'll be expected to navigate ambiguity, influence senior stakeholders, and make sound trade-off decisions that balance customer outcomes, business value, and risk.
You'll also set the standard for delivery excellence within the Delivery Unit — mentoring and developing team members, championing agile ways of working, and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
This is a permanent, Full-Time role based in Sydney, with hybrid working arrangements available.
